1. Agreement
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Nautica Summer Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Nautica Retail USA LLC (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, do not enter the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older) at the time of entry (“entrant”, or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of, or persons living in the same household as, any such individual, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 7, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Administrator’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.
The Giveaway Period consists of four (4) monthly entry periods (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”), each corresponding to a separate Monthly Prize, as follows:
Eligible individuals need only submit one (1) entry during the Giveaway Period to participate. Once submitted and verified as eligible, all entries associated with that entrant, including any earned bonus entries (as described below), will be included in the Monthly Prize drawing for the Monthly Entry Period in which the initial entry was received and, if not selected, will automatically roll over into each subsequent Monthly Prize drawing remaining during the Giveaway Period.
All eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including any earned bonus entries, will also be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, subject to the limit of one (1) prize per person during the Giveaway Period.
4. How to Enter
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway by visiting NauticaSummerGiveaway.com (the “Giveaway Website”), completing the online entry form in full with all required information, and agreeing to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.nautica.com/privacy-policy-nau.html).
Limit of one (1) initial entry per person. Entrants may also earn up to eight (8) bonus entries for a maximum of nine (9) total entries per person during the Giveaway Period.
Bonus Entries: Following submission of an initial entry, entrants may earn bonus entries, which are additional entries into the applicable Monthly Prize drawings and the Grand Prize drawing, by completing the optional activities described below:
Entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry by providing valid consent to receive promotional marketing emails from Nautica via the Giveaway Website, up to a maximum of one (1) bonus entry. Consent to receive marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
Entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry by texting SUMMER to 69971 to opt in to receive recurring promotional text messages from Nautica, up to a maximum of one (1) bonus entry. Existing Nautica SMS subscribers may also receive the bonus entry by texting SUMMER to 69971.
To be eligible for this bonus entry, entrants must provide a valid mobile number on the Giveaway entry form, and the mobile number provided must match the mobile number used to text SUMMER to 69971. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry for each survey question completed through the survey made available on the Giveaway Website, up to a maximum of three (3) bonus entries.
Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry for each share action initiated through the sharing functionality available on the Giveaway Website, up to a maximum of three (3) bonus entries.
All entries must be submitted and received during the Giveaway Period and must otherwise comply with these Official Rules to be eligible. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant and not by any other person or entity on the entrant’s behalf. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified in the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the initial entry form, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrator in its sole discretion. All entries are subject to verification. The Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof of identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules as a condition of awarding a prize.
5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won.
The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the Florida Keys, including round-trip economy class airfare for two (2) people (the winner and one (1) guest) from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence to a destination airport selected by the Sponsor, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), and a $500.00 USD travel stipend, awarded in a form determined by Sponsor.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00 USD. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, airfare and hotel rate fluctuations, and other market factors at the time of prize award.
Monthly Prizes: Four (4) monthly prizes (each, a “Monthly Prize” and collectively, “Monthly Prizes”) are available to be won.
Each Monthly Prize consists of one (1) $1,000.00 (USD) Nautica gift card and one (1) carry-on suitcase.Restrictions on the use of gift cards may apply.
The ARV of each Monthly Prize is $1,260.00 USD. The ARV of all Monthly Prizes is $5,040.00 USD.
The total ARV of all prizes is $8,540.00 USD.
Odds: The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period.
Limit of one (1) prize per person during the Giveaway Period.
Grand Prize Conditions
Travel dates, airline, flight itinerary, airport selection, hotel selection, room type, accommodations, and all other prize details shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to coordinate travel dates with the winner’s availability; however, all travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates, travel schedules, and other applicable restrictions. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and on the dates determined by the Sponsor.
Round-trip airfare (economy class) will be provided from a major commercial airport within the continental United States nearest the winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, after consideration of the winner’s preferences and subject to availability, routing, and scheduling considerations. Once booked, travel arrangements may not be changed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and only where permitted by the applicable airline or travel provider.
Hotel accommodations consist of one (1) standard room, double occupancy, for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must present a valid major credit card in their name at hotel check-in to cover incidental charges, security deposits, or other charges not expressly included in the Grand Prize.
Any costs or expenses not expressly stated as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest, including ground transportation, parking, baggage fees, seat selection fees, meals, beverages, gratuities, optional activities, personal expenses, travel insurance, and applicable taxes.
Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and possessing all required travel documents and identification, and for complying with all airline, airport, hotel, and destination requirements. Sponsor is not responsible if winner or guest is denied boarding, denied entry, or otherwise unable to travel for any reason.
Guest must be of the age of majority in their state of residence unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, who must be the winner. Guest may be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the portion of the Grand Prize allocated to the guest.
The $500.00 USD travel stipend portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded to the winner only, in a form determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates determined by the Sponsor, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is otherwise unable to accept the Grand Prize as awarded, the Grand Prize may be forfeited in whole or in part and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, if sufficient time remains and travel arrangements have not already been finalized.
If any travel component is cancelled, delayed, overbooked, modified, or unavailable for any reason beyond the Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide additional compensation, and any substitute arrangements shall be at Sponsor’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
General Prize Conditions
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners. Potential winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release, an IRS Form W-9, and any other documents reasonably required by the Sponsor or Administrator within the timeframe specified. Failure to timely return any required documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the applicable prize.
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, if any, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not expressly stated herein as being provided.
If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, declines a prize, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or cannot accept a prize as awarded, such winner may be disqualified and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected, time permitting.
Any unclaimed, forfeited, or declined prize may not be awarded, except as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion or where required by law.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about September 8, 2026, the Administrator will conduct random drawings from among all eligible entries received during each applicable Monthly Entry Period to select four (4) potential Monthly Prize winners (one (1) per Monthly Prize), and from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner.
Potential winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the applicable drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the Administrator’s notification within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
If any potential winner fails to respond within the required time period, provides an invalid email address, declines the prize, cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner may, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the same process.
No one is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms them as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
Before being confirmed as a winner (a “Winner“), each potential winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of the request, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release form (the “Release“) which:
In addition, potential winners will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of the request, an IRS Form W-9 (“W-9“) which will require each potential winner to disclose personal information, including a Social Security Number. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with this Giveaway and for no other purpose. Failure to provide all required documentation within the specified time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential winner will be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of a prize constitutes the entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the entrant’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements regarding the Giveaway or the prize for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further notice, permission, or compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
For residents of the State of California: Entrants acknowledge that they have read and expressly waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”
9. General
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between any Giveaway materials (including, without limitation, advertising or promotional materials) and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and prevail. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing or offering of the Giveaway, the administration of the Giveaway, or in the announcement of any prize.
The Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; or for any technical, network, telephone, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind; or for inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive, entry information due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website; or for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the Sponsor’s control that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, including, without limitation, any technical issues, network disruptions or other technical issues, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and, if terminated, to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.
Meta Platforms, Inc. is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or responsible for the administration of this Giveaway. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other Meta platform. By participating, entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and/or Administrator, and not to Meta Platforms, Inc.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Texas.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by law, the remedy for any claim will be limited to actual damages, and in no event will any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including legal fees or other related costs.
To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a trial by jury in connection with any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nautica.com/privacy-policy-nau.html.
Personal information provided in connection with the Giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering, managing, and operating the Giveaway, including coordinating and fulfilling the prizes and, where applicable, publishing a list of winners, and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Personal Information collected may be used to contact the entrant about future sales, special offers, and promotions by the Sponsor, unless prohibited by law or the entrant has opted not to receive promotional communications.
Personal information may be stored on servers located in the United States and may be subject to access by U.S. law enforcement, courts, or other governmental authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Winners List Requests
For a written confirmation of the winner (available after September 20, 2026), send an email to [email protected] with subject line: Nautica Summer Giveaway Winners List Request. All requests must be received by December 15, 2026 at 2:59:59 PM ET. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
